One of his sisters has two black spots under her nose that look like a cute moustache :-) You should see the beautiful lace shawl handspun and knit from his mom Lacey's wool.
Oh I would love to see it. If only I had oodles of time to make things..I really want to learn how to spin (: Tell me, where do you have the wool milled from your sheep? A moustache! That would be hilarious!
Samantha I would teach you how to use your wool if you want. How to wash and prepare it for spinning plus how to spin :-) There are a lot of mills but they are expensive and it is more cost productive to have a lot of fleeces to process.
Really?! Oh, I would love that! I am much more of a do-it-yourselfer anyways so I would love to learn, especially from someone who really knows their stuff. Thank you! (:
Interesting photo - looks like she is wearing a wool infinity scarf!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Yeah, right! If any infinity scarf is full of burrs, sticks and straw!
